A Rice Hat is a traditional Indonesian hat made out of straw. Instead of making our hat out of straw, we made it out of paper. There needed to be a lot of squiggles and curves on the hat. Once we were done drawing and painting the rice hat, we were also aloud to put on little sparkles and glitter. At the end of the project, our rice hats looked tremendous!!
I enjoyed this project, because we were aloud to use a lot of colors and when we put the glitter and the little sparkles on the rice hat, it looked amazing!!
